PSI staff from nine countries — six of them in West and Central Africa — will participate in the 2008 International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa (ICASA) December 3-7 in Dakar, Senegal.

Our staff from Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Nigeria, Uganda and Zimbabwe will present their research in poster presentations. PSI/Côte d'Ivoire's Didier Adouja also has been invited by UNAIDS to be a panelist on a session, titled "Renforcer la prévention combinée et fondée sur les preuves" to be held at 16:30 on December 6.
